Cold winter Warm pictures

We are back from our days in Amsterdam, celebrating new year!

We had a great time, went to the DAM, and so did the rest of Amsterdam ;-). All was well and fun.

It hasn’t been this cold  in Holland for ……….well i can’t remember, thats how long,……. there are iceskating tours being organised that hasn’t been done for 12 years, so this is good for all the dutch iceskating fans.

But as it is freezing cold outside, we need to warm things up in our homes, (which is hard in this little house by the sea.) I try my best with these flowers i bought, some white tulipes and little pink flowers. To warm things up in the house.

 

In an old post i wrote about our collection of cutlery, that we like to be all different. This one i got ourselves for Christmas, we are up to 6 different ones now.   So much fun to set the table with.

In een oude post heb ik al eens vertelt over onze collectie bestek, die we overal en ergens vandaan halen, deze heb ik voor onszelf gekocht voor de kerst. We hebben nu al zes verschillende. Zo leuk om de tafel mee te dekken!

 

We zijn terug uit Amsterdam waar we het nieuwe jaar hebben ingeluid.  Het was weer geweldig, we zijn op de dam beland net zoals de rest van Amsterdam, zo leek het tenminste.

Nu dat het zo koud is in Nederland, moeten we ons best doen om het heerlijk warm te houden in huis, (vrij moeilijk in dit koude huisje aan zee.) Ik heb wat bloemen in huis gehaald om de sfeer wat op te warmen nu dat alle kerst decoraties verdwenen zijn. Ik hoop dat ook jullie Nieuwjaars feestjes heerlijk zijn verlopen!
