CREATIVE EXPRESSIONS

I never had a pin-cushion, so I got some fabric and made myself an EXTRA LARGE pin-cushion. So much fun! Then I realised that at times my teapot looked very cold, so I made it a nice warm coat. (i had some fabric left).
I also made a pillow for the cats, (I don't even have it finised yet) but they keep
racíng eachother for it, with the pins still in it, believe it or not. So that is still in the making!

Teramisu, I 'learned' to eat this wonderfull dessert when I lived in Italy. Here is how I like it; Beat for 8 portions, 2 eggyoke,s with 100 g of sugar till it becomes a white mouse then beat the 500 g mascarpone and after that the beaten eggwhites together. soak the pack of cookies (langevingers) in strong cofee with a bit of Amaretto or Tia Maria, put the soaked cookies in a square-shaped bowl en top it of with the mascarpone mixture, put some flockes of choclat on top and refridgeratefor atleast 2 hours before serving. ENJOY!
