Teramisu, I 'learned' to eat this wonderfull dessert when I lived in Italy. Here is how I like it; Beat for 8 portions, 2 eggyoke,s with 100 g of sugar till it becomes a white mouse then beat the 500 g mascarpone and after that the beaten eggwhites together. soak the pack of cookies (langevingers) in strong cofee with a bit of Amaretto or Tia Maria, put the soaked cookies in a square-shaped bowl en top it of with the mascarpone mixture, put some flockes of choclat on top and refridgeratefor atleast 2 hours before serving. ENJOY!
